Case Design Service
GEDDES' expertise enables us to design cases or crates to suit any product's
requirements and enable it to reach your customer in pristine condition. A
variety of linings ie. pitch paper, felt, polythene, etc may be incorporated
to protect the product.
Case Treatments
'Tanalith' and 'Protim' are used to impregnate timber, helping protect against
infestation. Certain countries require such treatments to be carried out before
the cargo is allowed to enter the country.
Case Specification For Your Needs
Because GEDDES stock what is probably the largest variety of thicknesses,
widths and lengths of timber, we can supply the case or crate to meet your
specific weight carrying requirement. In our stockyard covering approximately
2 acres we have a comprehensive stock of top quality imported Swedish softwood
and home grown timber.
