GEDDES' flexible and competitively priced service can be tailored to suit any brief or budget. From simple slotting to customised die-cutting and printing, customers can choose from up to three in-house processes:

Carton Making Unit
This fully-automated service means corrugated cartons can be manufactured accurately to your requirements and at high speed, so deadlines can be met efficiently and cost effectively.

Print Unit
For easy identification and greater security during transportation, GEDDES offer an in-house printing facility.

Die-Cutting Unit
Capable of handling single flute right up to heavy duty corrugated board, the rotary die-cutting unit can run up to speeds of 12,000 per hour.

Quality, By Design
Using computer-aided design equipment, GEDDES can supply a huge range of products, from concept stage through to production and delivery. Working to the customer's brief, the in-house CAD operators will design a carton to fit your product. Once approved, this can be printed out or alternatively, sent directly via a modem to the die-maker where a rotary die will be produced within a few days.
